We store wine club shipments for a maximum of 6 months for our club members. In the event you are unable to pick up your wine within this timeframe, we will automatically ship your wine, charging charging any associated shipping and handling fees to your card on file.
For out of state wine club members:
We strongly encourage you to ship your wines to your work (when possible), as an adult signature is required no matter where you ship your wine. If you are not at your home when your wine arrives, they will not leave it at your door. You may be charged a redelivery fee after the 3rd attempt at delivery, have to pick your wine up at the nearest UPS regional distribution facility, or pay an additional fee to reroute your delivery to an alternate address. Unfortunately we cannot refund these additional fees, should they apply.
If shipping your wine to your work is not an option, you may also choose to have your wine shipped to your nearest UPS store location, where it will be held for you until you are able to pick it up at your convenience. To find out if there is a UPS store near you, click here.
