2013 Chardonnay

This well-balanced, Oregon style (little to no oak) Chardonnay opens with pie spice and vanilla, this neutral oak Chardonnay develops into stone fruit, a hint of butterscotch and Golden Delicious apple.

Produced using a spontaneous fermentation, with extended lees contact and stirring, allowing for a creamier texture. Aged in neutral oak, with only one third of the barrels going through Malolactic fermentation, keeping some of the bright acids associated with Chardonnay.
