Book a Rehearsal Dinner, Private Event or Large Group Tasting

Imagine your dream wine country rehearsal dinner, reception or celebration in the heart of Oregon’s Wine Country. Our 240 acre vineyard and farm has been the setting for a number of stunning private events, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, anniversary parties and more!

Our staff are trained to work specifically with you to help you design an event that is customized to your needs- if you’re imagining it, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.

Choosing to have your event at Laurel Ridge includes:

  • 2,000 square foot, furnished tasting room
  • 5,000 square foot garden
  • Outdoor patio with capacity for up to 75 seated guests
  • Food preparation area for a licensed caterer
  • Event staffing to pour wine

In addition, we have experience working with some of the best local caterers, photographers, bakeries, and florists that Oregon Wine Country has to offer. We are happy to offer you our preferred vendors or work with yours to help you plan your wine country event.

We’d love to hear about your event! Fill out the form below or contact our Hospitality Coordinator, Kailee, at hospitality [at] laurelridgewinery.com and we will be in touch!

Booking a Large Group Wine Tasting Experience:

We can accommodate groups of up to 36 for a seated wine tasting experience. As we are only able to coordinate a couple of large groups each day there are a few extra considerations we make for large groups.

  • Groups with a headcount of 7+ are considered a Large Group and can only be booked through the tasting room (p: 503-852-7050.)
  • Booking a large group requires a non-refundable deposit that doubles as a site fee. The deposit price ranges from $75-$250 and is based on the size of the group. We use the deposit as a credit if the group reaches a bottle purchase threshold the day of the experience.
  • We have a 20% service charge on all services rendered
  • All applicable club discounts and complimentary tastings can be used during the experience as long as the primary member(s) are present
