Shipping Policy

We are able to ship to most, but not all states due to individual state regulations.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to addresses in Utah, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, or Delaware.

All packages are sent requiring adult signature on delivery.

We ship exclusively with UPS Ground unless otherwise requested, typically sending shipments out on Mondays. In order to avoid damaging your wine, we will not ship wine in extreme temperatures. We typically do not ship between mid-may and September, but this can last longer if you live in a warmer climate. If we foresee any extreme weather that could compromise your wine, we will contact you directly and notify you of the delayed shipment. If you have questions or concerns about the shipping of your wine or special requests please contact tastingroom@laurelridgewinery.com.

We strongly encourage you to ship your wines to your work (when possible), as an adult signature is required no matter where you ship your wine. If you are not at your home when your wine arrives, they will not leave it at your door. You may be charged a redelivery fee after the 3rd attempt at delivery, have to pick your wine up at the nearest UPS regional distribution facility, or pay an additional fee to reroute your delivery to an alternate address.

If shipping your wine to your work is not an option, you may also choose to have your wine shipped to your nearest UPS store location, where it will be held for you until you are able to pick it up at your convenience. To find out if there is a UPS store near you, click here.
