If you are serving the Chasselas by itself, try serving it room temperature to enhance the more subtle floral aromas and flavors. This wine pairs best with cheeses and cream driven pasta sauces, and is wonderful with halibut and lighter seafood dishes.

2021 Estate Chasselas Doré (club-exclusive)
From our original planting of Estate Chasselas, the 2021 was yet another small vintage off of our half acre of vines. Fermented in stainless steel this vintage has a nose, of fresh rain, honeycomb, honeysuckle and wildflowers with delicate stone fruit on the palate.
